Ingredients

1 lb. dough
3 c. sauce
15 c. cheese
10 mushrooms
81 sausages
5 perfectly ripe avocados
1 red onion
1 bunch scallions
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
5-8 assorted peppers (anaheim, serrano's, fresno's,etc.) with at least 3 jalpenos
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. salsa of choice
Preparation

Chop all veggies and put into a large bowl.
Halve the avocados, remove the pit and scoop out flesh and put in bowl with the veggies.
Add the salsa, lime juice and garlic.
Use a potato masher and a spatula to mix the contents of the bowl.
Mix until the guacamole is a consistent texure.
