Pop Nichols' Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding *
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and vanilla for 10 minutes at medium speed.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts and add 1/2 of this mixture to cake mixture while mixing.
Put in an oblong cake pan. Cut the remaining 1/2 of this mixture into the cake after it is in the pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
