Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples, chopped
12 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. seedless white grapes, halved
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine the apples, oranges,
pineapple and grapes in a large bowl; set aside.
Cook the eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar, mustard and salt
in
a
saucepan
over
medium heat, stirring. When the sauce is thick, remove from heat and cool. Add the whipped cream.
Blend well,
then add the sauce to the fruit.
Let stand overnight before serving.
