Buckwheat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. buckwheat flour
    1/2 pt. wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    milk or water
Preparation
    Cold boiled rice, oatmeal or potatoes.
    Mix half and half with flour, salt and cold water in which rice, oatmeal or potatoes had been cooked.
    Make thick paste and bake or fry.
