Mandarin Spinach With Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    4 tsp. sugar
    2/3 tsp. dry mustard
    2/3 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    2/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 lb. fresh spinach, stemmed and torn into bite-size pieces
    11 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
    1/4 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    1 large avocado, sliced
    1/4 medium-sized red onion, sliced thin
Preparation
    For Dressing:
    Combine vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt in blender or processor and mix well.
    Add lemon juice with machine running; gradually add oil.
    Stir in poppy seed.
    Combine next 5 ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
    Serve immediately.
