Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Line muffin tin with foil liners.
    Place 1 wafer in the bottom of each liner.
    Mix the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar at medium speed.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Pour into foil liners over the wafer 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove from pan when cool.
    Chill.
    Top with fruit.
