Ingredients

1 can beets
1 c. beet juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Drain beets.
Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
Add the beets and cook until hot.
Makes 6 servings.
