Breakfast And Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bacon
    3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    10 slices dried bread cubes
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut up bacon and fry until crisp; drain.
    Beat egg whites until firm.
    Add milk and soup, then bread, bacon and cheese. Grease baking dish.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight, unbaked. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
