Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 large onion
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cube and brown chicken in a large skillet.
    Add chopped onion. Slowly add spaghetti sauce and water.
    Blend in Minute rice. Bring to a boil.
    Cover until rice is tender.
    Serve with garden salad and toasted garlic bread.
