Chicken-Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. zucchini slices or blanched broccoli
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Arrange zucchini (or broccoli) in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Top with chicken.
Combine soup, milk and nutmeg.
Spread over chicken.
Combine Bisquick, cheese and egg.
Sprinkle over soup. Top with parsley and melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
