Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, sliced to 1-inch pieces
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 box strawberry jello (dry)
Preparation
    Combine rhubarb, sugar, tapioca and jello.
    Mix well and set aside while preparing the crust.
    Line pie plate with your favorite crust.
    Fill with rhubarb filling.
    Sprinkle the crushed pineapple over the filling.
    Adjust top crust and seal. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
