Ingredients

1 1/4 c. butter or oleo
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unsifted flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) peanut butter chips
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Blend into creamed mixture.
Stir in peanut butter chips.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 9 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet until set (about 1 minute).
Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
