Coffee Liqueur(Kahlua) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
2 oz. instant coffee
1 pt. vodka
2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine sugar and water.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Add instant coffee, vanilla and vodka.
Pour into dark bottle; cap and store in cool, dark place for 30 days.
