Gingersnap Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; beat in egg and molasses.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate until cold.
    Roll in ball and press down.
    Dip one side in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
