Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
4 heaping Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar (granulated)
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream flour, margarine and 1/2 cup powdered sugar together. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
Beat eggs, lemon juice, sugar, flour and salt.
Pour over baked crust. Return to oven and bake for 25 minutes at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over top and cut in squares.
