Wild Rice (Veal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed veal
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can chicken-rice soup
    1/2 c. wild rice, soaked in water for 3 hours
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown cubed veal, onions, celery, salt and pepper.
    Put into casserole and add mushroom soup, chicken-rice soup, wild rice and mushrooms.
    Bake for 2 hours at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
