Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Durkee French fried onions (small can)
    1 bag (16 oz.) broccoli, cauliflower and carrot combination (frozen or fresh)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 full tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook
    vegetables until done;
    drain well.
    Place cooked vegetables in casserole dish.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup shredded
    Swiss cheese, sour cream and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in pan over
    low
    heat until mixture is smooth and cheese has melted. Pour mixture over vegetables.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Remove from oven.
    Top with remaining Swiss cheese and French fried onions.
