Sweet Potato Pudding Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. fat-free, finely ground cookie crumbs
    1/4 c. skimmed evaporated milk
    4 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Divide cookie crumbs into 8 (4-inch) custard cups, approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons per cup, and gently press crumbs into bottom of each cup.
    Set aside while preparing remaining ingredients.
