Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. rice
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk (add enough water to make 1 qt.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    sprinkle cinnamon
    salt and nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix and stir until boiling, then simmer, stirring often for 1 hour (will thicken as it cools).
    Sprinkle more cinnamon and nutmeg on top.
    Let stand 1 hour.
