Cocoa Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
3 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl; beat 30 seconds on medium speed, scraping sides and bottom constantly.
Pour mixture into greased and floured 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
