Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1 small jalapeno, grated (optional)
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Spread
    half
    of
    mixture in pan.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese (Cheddar).
    Pour rest of mixture on top.
    Sprinkle with more cheese and bake 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
