Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces chicken (legs or half breasts)
    1 c. rice
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put uncooked rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix soup mix with 4 cups hot water.
    Put chicken parts on top of rice and pour soup mix over chicken and rice.
    Will be quite juicy.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, until chicken is done.
    Serves 6.
