Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 or 3 pieces bread, broken into small chunks
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Then whip lightly about 5 minutes.
    Shape into small balls and cook in lightly oiled frypan until done.
    Drain off juice to make gravy.
    I add enough flour to thicken, then add water and a little milk.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over meatballs and heat in oven until you are ready to serve.
