Jiffy Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut up (I use a heaping 4 c.)
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (strawberry or raspberry)
2 c. yellow or white cake mix
1 c. cold water (I use only 1/2 c.)
5 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
Preparation

Grease a 7 x 10-inch pan.
Place rhubarb in pan; sprinkle sugar over top followed by the jello (dry) and cake mix (dry); Pour the water over this and drizzle melted oleo over top.
Bake 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
Serve with ice cream or your favorite topping.
