Shrimp And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 lb. headless cooked and shelled shrimp
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 1/4 c. French dressing
    2 cucumbers, chopped
    2 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Add cooked rice to onion, shrimp, cucumbers, 3 chopped eggs and 1/2 cup French dressing.
    Mix and
    chill in refrigerator. Place lettuce leaves in a bowl, topping with rice mixture. Grate remaining eggs and sprinkle on top.
    Mix remaining French dressing with catsup and pour on top of salad.
    Makes 6 servings.
