Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour (may need more)
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, sugar and oil; slowly add flour and flavoring.
    Using spoon, drop on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
