Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked for 3 minutes and drained
    3 carrots, 1 medium green pepper and 1 stalk celery, chopped in blender and drained
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    seasonings such as Mrs. Dash, garlic powder, seasoned salt, onion flakes and parsley flakes
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, seasonings and Bisquick in blender.
    Add this mix with chopped vegetables.
    Fold in 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    May use corn flake crumbs to thicken if needed.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Prior to baking, use 1/2 cup grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes on top if desired.
