Cream Puffs With Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine milk, butter, sugar and salt in heavy saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved; stir constantly.
    Add the flour all at once.
    Stir vigorously with wooden spoon until mixture is smooth and leaves sides of pan, forming a ball.
    Turn off heat; add 1 egg and beat until well mixed.
    Continue adding eggs one at a time; beat well after each addition.
    Beat until smooth; cover lightly.
    Let stand until cool.
    Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake in a preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 8 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool on rack.
