Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Let ice cream soften so it will mix easier.
Mix and press crumbs, sugar and butter into bottom of 9-inch square pan.
Combine pumpkin, brown sugar and spices, then fold in ice cream and pour into pan.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Cut into squares about 20 minutes before serving.
Top with whipped cream (Cool Whip) and nuts.
Rich, but good.
