Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison steak, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. coking oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix flour with salt and pepper to taste.
    Dredge meat in flour and brown in oil with onion.
    Add tomato juice, water and sugar. Simmer until tender.
    Ten minutes before serving, add mushrooms and sour cream.
    Serves 4.
