Baked Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or more eggs
    2 or more tomatoes
    grated cheese
    1/4 pt. milk
Preparation
    Skin and slice tomatoes, cook in a little margarine in a saucepan, and then pour into a greased pie dish.
    In the same pan, with a little more margarine, add the milk and the slightly beaten eggs.
    Cook over low heat, stirring as for scrambled eggs, until just beginning to set.
