Lo-Cal Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. zucchini, grated
1 tsp. salt
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. dill
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
tomatoes for garnish
Preparation

Combine cheese, eggs, dill and salt.
Beat well.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour into greased 10-inch quiche pan.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake until quiche is set in the center for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Garnish with sliced tomatoes.
