Potato-Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 medium onion
    8 eggs
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. shredded hash browns
Preparation
    Fry hash browns and onion, press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Fry sausage and sprinkle over hash browns.
    Mix eggs and soup together and pour over top of mixture.
    Mix well in pan.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
