Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add coconut, cornmeal and pineapple.
    Mix.
    Turn into unbaked pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes or until set.
