Kielbasa Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. kielbasa, sliced
    2 (15 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    2 to 3 carrots, shredded
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    3 potatoes, diced
    1 pkg. tortellini
    1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 red pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Saute garlic, onion and kielbasa in oil until kielbasa is browned.
    Add broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, seasonings, carrots, celery and potatoes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 20 minutes. Add tortellini.
    Return to boil.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add broccoli and red pepper.
    Cook 5 to 10 minutes.
