Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium squash, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. sour cream
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Boil squash, carrots and onion; drain and set aside.
    Mix soup and sour cream; set aside.
    Mix stuffing with margarine; line casserole dish with the mixture.
    Alternate layers of vegetables and soup mixture, ending with soup.
    Sprinkle more stuffing on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
