Easy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned until it loses color and drain off the excess fat
    layer of onion
    layer of celery, cut up
    layer of carrots, cut up
    layer of potatoes, diced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 soup can water
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (until the carrots are tender).
