Fruit Cocktail Pudding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. drained fruit cocktail
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add egg and fruit cocktail. Nuts or coconut may be also be added if desired.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes in long baking pan.
Cake is done if an inserted fork comes out clean.
It is particularly delicious if served warm with whipped cream.
