Potato Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces chicken
    2 c. potato flakes
    1 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Wash chicken.
    Dip in butter.
    Roll in potato flakes.
    Pour 1/2 remaining butter in ovensafe dish.
    Put chicken in dish, skin side down (if leaving skin on).
    Bake 35 minutes.
    Turn over and sprinkle a little of potato flakes over chicken.
    Bake another 35 minutes or until a golden brown.
