Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef cubes
carrots, cut in fourths
potatoes (quarters)
celery
onion
3 big cans tomatoes
1/3 c. Minute tapioca
salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients. Put in covered roaster. Start at 350\u00b0. Turn back to 275\u00b0 after 3 hours. Continue at 275\u00b0 for 3 more hours. Total time: 6 hours.
