Daddy'S Potato Salad Doss' Steak House(This Is Unusual And Especially Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes, diced
1 doz. hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 large onion, chopped fine
3/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 small jar pimento, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Boil potatoes until well done and drain.
Peel eggs and chop fine.
Mix all ingredients.
Mix mustard and mayonnaise together and then add to other ingredients.
(More mustard and mayonnaise can be added if needed for right consistency.)
