Low-Fat Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lasagna noodles
    1 lb. lite Ricotta
    1 celery
    3 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. fat-free Parmesan cheese
    10 oz. lite Mozzarella cheese
    32 oz. tomato sauce
    20 oz. spinach
    6 oz. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    First you need to make the tomato sauce.
    Recipe is as follows:
    Put one teaspoon of oil with chopped onions in a pot. When onions are golden brown, pour in 32 ounces of tomato sauce and 6 ounces of tomato paste.
    Stir together for 10 to 15 minutes. Put one tablespoon of sugar and one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon of pepper.
