Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    4 thighs
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. sweet pickle cubes
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. chopped apples (optional)
Preparation
    Cook the chicken in the water seasoned with the bouillon.
    Let cool.
    Take chicken off bones; chop into cubes.
    Mix chicken with the remaining ingredients.
    Arrange on lettuce leaves; garnish with sliced apples that have been sliced, quartered and rubbed with lemon juice.
