Bacon Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 bacon slices
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of celery salt
    pinch of paprika
    pinch of pepper
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. beer
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    oil
Preparation
    Sift flour in bowl.
    Add mustard, salt, paprika and pepper. Make a well in center and add the egg yolks and beat thorougly. Gradually work in dry ingredients.
    Beat in enough beer to make a batter.
    Cool for 2 hours.
