Scalloped Potatoes And Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 lb. frankfurters
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onions with 1 teaspoon salt in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Slice frankfurters diagonally.
    Mix with potatoes, onions, flour, salt, butter, 1/2 can of Hunt's sauce, cheese and parsley.
    Spoon into a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Pour remaining Hunt's sauce over.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 2 servings.
