Jiffy Pups - cooking recipe

Ingredients

as many wieners as required
2 c. pancake flour
1/2 c. corn meal
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Make a well and add milk.
Mix quickly.
Dip dry wieners in batter and deep fry until golden. Excellent reheated in microwave.
