Fennell And Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. thinly sliced fennel bulb
2 oranges with rind still on, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
10 black olives, sliced
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except lettuce.
Marinate at least 30 minutes.
Mix 2 times while marinating.
To serve, pour on a bed of lettuce leaves.
Wonderful as a summer salad served with grilled fish or chicken.
