Vegetable Polonaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli/cauliflower, cooked
    2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
    2 sprigs parsley
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 slice bread
Preparation
    Chop bread in blender.
    Chop eggs and parsley.
    In skillet melt butter and saute crumbs and egg.
    Pour over vegetables. Serve hot.
