Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 medium acorn squash
    1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
    1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut and clean out seeds of squash. Bake in pan with small amount of water at 350\u00b0 until tender.
    Remove from oven and cool. Peel off skin and mash squash in baking dish. Add butter, brown sugar and mix.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake until hot.
    All winter squash is good this way.
    Serves 6 to 8 people
