Peanut Butter And Jelly Cookie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. butter (cold)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg (slightly beaten)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raspberry jam (seedless)
    1 - 10 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Stir flour, sugar, and butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
    Add egg and vanilla and blend well. Reserve 1/2 c. mixture for later.
    Pour remaining mixture in baking pan and bake 10 minutes until lightly brown.
    Remove from oven and spread jam over warm crust.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup of peanut butter chips.
    Mix together reserved crust mixture and remaining peanut butter chips and sprinkle over top.
